This important material and its influential history have translated the will of the designer “carved in stone” transforming the material into a sculpture that speaks a contemporary language, having the goal to put a face, almost a personality, into the Stone itself, with the important assistance of light. In fact, Stone and Light becomes the subject: the face projected. Design is the foundation of building from life and creates identity: this is the philosophy that has guided the path of the designer Benedetta Valentine Moretti.
